HackHR.org headquartered in the Republic of Cyprus. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of law principles. 2. Description of Services
HackHR.org provides:
Access to original HR content, newsletters, and strategic research advisory services for businesses seeking fractional CHRO and predictive HR solutions Access to proprietary frameworks and SaaS modules (to be activated in later development phases)
The Website is both a public-facing platform and, where applicable, a client-access portal. Registration functionality and service subscriptions may be introduced over time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use this Website. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

6. Consulting Services and Future Subscriptions
HackHR.org currently provides consulting services upon request and subject to individual engagement terms. You may express interest via our contact forms; all formal engagements are governed by separately executed service agreements.
Paid SaaS subscriptions and registered-access features are scheduled for future rollout. Users will be notified of applicable subscription terms, pricing, and data usage policies at the time of activation. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Website or service offering at any time, with or without notice.
7. Payment Terms
As of this version, HackHR.org does not charge users for access to its public-facing Website content. Payment terms for consulting services or future SaaS subscriptions will be communicated directly during contractual negotiations or made available in updated versions of these Terms.
